When you run an event you want to be able to show the world what happened at it as quickly as possible afterwards, be it through social media, magazines, newspapers or other media. As standard we will deliver high-resolution photographs available via digital download within 24 hours of shooting an event. If you require the photographs a little more urgently after the event or during the event we are more than happy to provide that service, please do let us know your requirements when booking and we’ll be happy to help.

To ensure you receive your photos quickly we deliver all photographs via digital download unless requested otherwise at the time of booking. You’ll receive an email with a link which you simply need to click and your images will download automatically.

We are firm believers that you get good images out of the camera and great images out of post-processing afterwards. Each and every image we send will have been professionally edited.

Unless requested otherwise we send all images in 300DPI .jpg format. The longest edge will be 4500 pixels which are large enough for most uses. The professional cameras we shoot with deliver a larger file size of 4500 pixels, let us know if you need a larger file so we can arrange for you to receive them.

If your event is within Cornwall then no, this is included within the price. However if the event is out of Cornwall then a small fee will be charged to cover our costs. Also if the event requires us to stay overnight then that cost will be included within our fees.

Why is this important? Well, what if something goes wrong? Technology is great when it works, but as a professional event photographer Ian knows that should a camera break, a memory card fail or a battery pack run out then the event will still go on and if your photographer isn’t prepared for such an occurrence, your going to miss out on a lot of precious memories. It’s, for this reason, we carry backups of each and every piece of equipment we use ensuring there is no downtime at an event and he is always ready to shoot.

Ian is DBS checked and is happy to share a copy of his DBS certificate with any client, no matter whether they are a business, charity, organisation or individual.
